Snoring and Sex

About 70% of men and 40% of women snore while sleeping at night. Snoring can be really dangerous for one’s health, but it also has a negative effect on the sexual life of the couple. The night trills affect the life of every forth couple. There are also many people, who just prefer to sleep in separate rooms, because one of the couple snores. A recent study conducted by British medics shows, that the relationships of the couple, one of who regularly snores at night, can become really bad.

Snoring and Sleep Deprivation

The half of all interviewed couples even refuses of having sex. This happens, because those suffering from the partner’s snore start feeling physical and emotional exhaustion as a result of sleep deprivation. If one suffers from lack of sleep, they can’t perform those duties, which are required of them in life. If this is your case, too, then sex can become the last thing you are interested in, when you feel too tired.

The Snoring Spouse

If one of the couple snores, the relationships become stressed. It can even drive you to despair, when you are trying to sleep, but your husband is snoring so loudly, that even the neighbors can hear him. And even turning to another side doesn’t help: he just falls asleep at the same moment and starts snoring again.
Many women just don’t want to have sex with the snoring spouse, who regularly doesn’t let them sleep.

Why Snoring Is Unhealthy

You probably know, that snoring can be a symptom of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, which, in turn, can sooner or later lead to erectile dysfunction of the snoring man. And this can no longer be called a full-fledged relationship. It’s better to treat snoring, and the sooner, the better.
